Management Training Program – Accepting Applications for 2023 Cycle

Are you new to Canada? Want to develop your leadership and management skills and serve the Jamati institutions in Canada and globally? Join our Management Training Program!

What is Management Training Program (MTP)?

• 3 weeks (Saturdays and Sundays) comprehensive in-person training program aimed at increasing participants’ leadership and management skills, and familiarizing them with the Ismaili Constitution and the work of the institutions in Canada
• A placement opportunity matching the program’s participant's interests and skill set with the Jamati institutions and local community’s needs

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Over 18 years of age
2. Settled recently in Canada (preferably within the last 5 years)
3. Based in Ottawa, Gatineau or Kingston
4. Little or no experience serving with Jamati institutions in Canada
5. Strong desire to offer seva
6. Proficient in the English Language

• An opportunity to serve and get involved with the Jamat and the local community
• A chance to meet and network with Jamati leadership

MTP Schedule: June 10 – June 25 (Saturdays and Sundays only)

• Time: 8:30am to 3:00pm
• Location: Ottawa, Ontario
