
Living Life to the Full: Stress Management Course
Living Life to the Full is an eight-week program geared toward building a happier and healthier life. Using cognitive behavioural principles, we provide participants with the tools to maximize their ability to manage life’s challenges, improve coping skills to deal with ongoing stress, and have more meaningful relationships with others.
All Jamati members, including parents, students, employers, and anyone else experiencing stress or change in their professional or personal lives, may benefit from this program.
