Ontario Vaccine Passport: How to Access Your COVID-19 Immunization Record
Ontario citizens are required to show proof of their vaccination to access indoor dining, theatres, venues, event spaces, and recreational facilities. You can download your proof of vaccination from the provincial government website; please note that to download your proof of vaccination, you must have a green OHIP photo card. Once you have successfully downloaded the certificate showing your fully vaccinated status, you can either print a copy of the certificate or store it on your phone. When presenting your proof of vaccination at public venues, you will also be asked to present a valid photo ID.
Starting Friday, October 22, Ontarians will be able to verify their proof of vaccination via a digital vaccine passport. Fully vaccinated individuals will be able to download a scannable QR code onto their smartphones. Details on how you can access your QR code will be communicated as more information becomes available.
If you are looking to get vaccinated, you can find a clinic near you.
