Ismaili CIVIC: Ramadan Food Drive Concludes

We are pleased to announce the successful conclusion of our Ramadan food drive. This annual initiative, a cornerstone of our commitment to CIVIC, demonstrates our dedication to serving others.

 

This year, with the support of over 260 volunteers, we collected approximately 25,000 pounds of food equating to 14,400 meals, benefiting several food banks including Flemingdon Food Bank, Canadian Community Services Organization, Bluffs Food Bank, Feed Scarborough - Scarborough Food Security, Ernestine's Women's Shelter (Women's Network), and Muslim Welfare Centre. The collective effort and generosity of our community have once again made a meaningful impact on those in need.

 

Our food drive, a cherished tradition during Ramadan, highlights our community's unity and compassion. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the volunteers who dedicated their time and energy to make this food drive a success. Your commitment to serving others is truly commendable, and we are immensely grateful for your contributions.
