The Aga Khan Foundation is looking for an Organizational Effectiveness Assistant, to join its team in the United Kingdom.
As part of this role, the candidate will be responsible for providing coordination and administrative support to the Organizational Effectiveness team and cross-functional initiatives under the OE umbrella, including joint initiatives with the global team in the areas of culture, gender, and leadership.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and prior experience coordinating projects across multiple time zones.
