This is a full-time permanent position where your focus will be on supporting the administration team, specifically the order desk and accounts receivable. Your tasks will include billing and invoicing, payment processing, account reconciliation, reporting and documentation, customer service/inside sales, order entry and customs.
As an ambassador for Guardian Chemicals, you will provide excellence in customer service, administration, and communication. The ideal candidate must be people oriented, have meticulous attention to detail, strong organization skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time. You must be able to manage time sensitive tasks.
