Rizwan Manji is perhaps best known for playing Rajiv Gidwani, the hysterically officious, scheming assistant manager of a call center in the NBC comedy Outsourced. In Schitt's Creek, the critically acclaimed CBC/Pop TV show he received a 2021 Canadian Screen Award, Best Guest Actor nomination for his portrayal of Ray Butani, the jack-of-all-trades. He was Le Fou in ABC’s two-hour hybrid animated/live-action special Beauty and the Beast: A 30th Anniversary starring H.E.R., Josh Groban and Martin Short and Rita Moreno.
He can currently be seen in Shazam! Fury of the Gods directed by David F. Sandberg and stars Zachary Levi, Lucy Liu, Helen Mirren, and Rachel Zegler.
Mustache, the first feature from writer-director Imran J. Khan, premiered in SXSW this year winning the Film Festival Narrative Feature Competition. The film follows an eccentric 13-year-old boy who sets off to navigate the social hierarchy of his new California public school with a mustache his parents will not allow him to shave off.
