Inclusive physical activity programs aim to be comprehensive, fun and easy to engage in for all individuals! The objective for this section is to provide inclusive activities for people of all abilities. The resources below include progressions to ensure there are a range of activities focusing on important, fundamental physical movements for all skill levels.
Try these activities to improve your coordination.
This video will allow participants to develop their hand-eye coordination using various juggling tips.
