Successful candidates will be eligible for permanent, full-time, mid- to senior-level positions across various federal departments and agencies working on priority issues facing Canada, such as climate change, criminal justice, the digital economy, food security, foreign policy, health, international trade, national security, Indigenous reconciliation, and more.

This highly competitive program seeks individuals with: policy-relevant experience (e.g., from NGOs, Indigenous organizations, government, academia, think tanks, the private sector, etc.); demonstrated leadership, initiative, or community engagement; and a record of academic or research achievements. Candidates must hold (or complete by Friday, December 31, 2022) a Master’s degree, a PhD, or a law degree, in addition to an undergraduate degree in any discipline.

The 2021-2022 campaign will launch in the coming weeks. Applications must be submitted by Tuesday, November 30. To hear more from the alumni of the program follow RPL on Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube.
