Inclusive Fun

Inclusive physical activity programs aim to be comprehensive, fun and easy to engage in for all individuals! The objective for this section is to provide inclusive activities for people of all abilities. The resources below include progressions to ensure there are a range of activities focusing on important, fundamental physical movements for all skill levels.

Coordination

Try these activities to improve your coordination.

Hand Eye Coordination and Skill Development

This video will allow participants to develop their hand-eye coordination using various juggling tips. 

  • Difficulty: easy, medium, hard
  • Equipment: 3 pairs of socks and 3 tennis balls
  • Length: 5 minutes

This video will allow participants to develop their motor coordination using blown up balloons.

This video will allow participants with visual impairments to get a full-body workout with a focus on resistance training for the upper body

  • Equipment: a sturdy chair, lighter weights and heavier weights
