Future Ready Initiative: Summary

The Future Ready Initiative is an endeavour by FOCUS Canada that aims to provide every community member who desires it, access to quality, comprehensive programs and services to achieve their goals. The Future Ready Initiative works with partners across the country with the objective of supporting vulnerable Canadians. The Future Ready Initiative enables personalized support by using the following elements:

• Family Mentorship Program
• Livelihoods and the Future of Work Program
• Settlement Excellence
• FastTrak Youth Mentorship Program 
• Mental Health
