Future Ready Initiative: FastTrak Youth Mentorship Program

A digital mentorship program, FastTrak is another pillar of the Future Ready Initiative. The FastTrak youth mentorship program is designed to meet the evolving academic, career and personal goals of youth between the ages of 14 and 25. Structured support is provided to each mentee for a period of one year.
The Future Ready Initiative also provides a networking platform that enables informal peer to peer interactions. Ten Thousand Chais is a platform that allows participants, to connect personally and professionally with other participants through digital-first networking and informal mentoring. The platform is open to individuals who may be starting university all the way to those who may be career executives or retirees. Participants also have access to office hours where leaders in the community host conversations with small groups of participants; these are an opportunity to hear from senior leaders and to connect on a more personal level.
