TECHCareers – A Manpower Program

TECHCareers Training for Work is a no-cost government-funded program which is designed to provide tools and support to unemployed highly-skilled Albertans, who are seeking employment in occupations in the Alberta’s Economic Recovery plan sectors.
Overview:
- Assistance in upskilling both soft and hard skills and transferring existing skills
- Employment readiness supports, workshops and work experience opportunities
- Participants need to be:
- Residents of Alberta
- 18 years of age or older
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- EI eligible or already receiving EI benefits
