24th Annual Ismaili Stampede Breakfast
We were very happy to host first responders from the Calgary Police Service, Calgary Fire Department, and EMS services for the 24th annual Ismaili Muslim Stampede Breakfast on July 10. Partnering with the Canadian Mental Health Association, we recognized the immense efforts of our first responders during the pandemic and the importance of mental health and well being. Joined by dignitaries that included His Worship Mayor Naheed Nenshi, the Honourable Premier Jason Kenney, and Stoney Nakoda Wesley First Nations Chief Clifford Poucette, we safely hosted first responders at 3 Calgary District offices and served our signature bharazi dish.
We look forward to hosting the entire community in 2022 at our Headquarters Jamatkhana. Wishing everyone a safe and happy Stampede - YAHOO!
