Employment Opportunity: Chief Executive Officer, Property Development Management

The Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN) s a group of private development agencies working to empower communities and individuals, often in disadvantaged circumstances, to improve living conditions and opportunities, especially in Africa and Asia. The agencies' mandates range from the fields of health and education to architecture, rural development and the promotion of private-sector enterprise. They collaborate in working towards a common goal.

Property Development Management (PDM) is part of the Aga Khan Development Network. Founded in 1963, it is a property development, project management and property management company operating in Kenya and Uganda.

PDM is currently recruiting for a dynamic Chief Executive Officer, preferably with professional qualification in property development, project management and finance. PDM is currently in the process of embarking on an ambitious growth strategy, and the CEO will be leading the development and implementation of the strategy from an entrepreneurial mindset.

The position is based in Nairobi, Kenya.
