Women on Wednesdays: Journaling

Description

Join clinical counsellor and psychotherapist Dr. Saira Sabzaali as she discusses topics related to self-care, self-growth, and transformation. The Women on Wednesdays (WoW) series was launched at the start of the pandemic to support women during this difficult time. A year and a half later, a sisterhood has been formed across the country. Starting this month, WoW moves to a monthly cadence with new and requested themes.

Upcoming sessions:

  • Wednesday, August 4: Journaling
  • Wednesday, September 8: Self-esteem

Each 1.5 hour workshop will be a live, interactive session offered via Zoom, and will commence at 5pm PT | 6pm MT | 8pm ET. Registration is required. The Zoom link will be sent to registered participants by email.

Women of all ages, including multi-faith family members, are warmly invited to participate. In order to ensure confidentiality, sessions will not be recorded. All participants will need to attend the live sessions with their cameras on.
