THRIVE! Part 1: Finding Joy

Description

Times of challenge can also be seen as our greatest opportunities. By showing us a different perspective, these situations often encourage us to re-evaluate our lives and show us our true selves. Rather than approaching challenges from survival mode, we can choose to rise to the occasion and endeavour to thrive instead. We can navigate through the opportunity and create the lives we’ve always dreamed of.

Join life coach Jobina Bardai and moderator Karima Damji to learn how you can THRIVE!

The schedule for the upcoming sessions is as follows:

  • Sunday, May 16: Finding Joy
  • Sunday, May 23: Navigating Change & Finding Calm
  • Sunday, May 30: The Power of Uncertainty
  • Sunday, June 6: Creating the New

Each workshop will be a live, interactive session offered via Zoom. The sessions will commence at 10am PT | 11am MT | 1pm ET and will be 1 hour in duration. The maximum capacity is 300 participants per session. Please have a notebook and pen on hand during each session.

Each session in this 4-week series builds off the last one, so we strongly encourage you to plan to attend all four. (When registering for this series, you are automatically registered for all four sessions Registration closes the evening before each session at 5pm PT | 6pm MT | 8pm ET.

Women of all ages and multi-faith family members are warmly invited to participate. In order to ensure confidentiality, sessions will not be recorded. All participants are requested to attend the live sessions with their cameras on.
